TCC is committed towards zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment at workplace. We have imbibed a gender neutral policy taking cues from the ideology and philosophy of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 coupled with University Grants Commission (Prevention, prohibition and Redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015. The TCC will ensure the effective implementation of the Policy on Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), in its true spirit.
The Internal Complaints Committee is the nodal committee in an Institution that overviews the implementation of the Policy on Sexual Harassment at workplace.
