• A) The applicant seeking information under RTI Act 2005 should send an application in prescribed form to
  the principal. The application should be addressed to Principal, Tolani Commerce College, Nr. Post
  Office,Post Box No. 27, Adipur – 370205 Kachchh Gujarat.

• B) Fee for obtaining information:
• An application fee of Rs. 20.00 for obtaining information under sub section (1) of section 6.
• Fee shall be charged for providing information under sub section (1) of section (7) as under:-
  1. Rs. 02.00 for each page in A4 or A3 size paper created or copied.
  2. Actual charge of cost price of a copy in larger size paper.
  3. Actual cost or price for samples or models.
  4. For inspection of records, no fee for the first hour; and a fee of rupees five for
  5. each subsequent hour or fraction thereof
• Fee shall be charged for providing information under sub-section (5) of Section 7 as under:
  1. Rs. 50.00 per diskette or floppy for information provided in diskette floppy
  2. Price fixed for publication or Rupees two per page of photocopy for information provided in printed
     form.
• No fee will be charged from people living below the poverty line.
• Applicant would be provided information free of cost if the PIO fails to comply with the prescribed time
  limit.
• C) Application in prescribed format along with the receipt of the fees paid (in original) must be sent to the
  following address:-
